In the quickest turn around I have seen yet with Apple iOS 13.1 Public Beta is out and ready for download.
iOS 13.1 adds back many of the features removed in the iOS 13 beta, including Share ETA in Maps, Shortcuts Automations, and audio sharing. (Link to Features)
Apple also released the developers beta of macOS Catalina.
